The Barefoot Running Book- Second Edition Giveaway!

To celebrate the new Barefoot Running University website, I will be giving away a copy of the second edition of The Barefoot Running Book!  All you have to do to enter is become a friend of the Barefoot Running University site using Google Friend Connect.  The Google Friend Connect box is located in the far right column:

  1. I'm going to be a leader in a local run/walk clinic starting tomorrow. I'm excited to share barefoot/minimalist running with my group. I am planning to sometimes run in Vibrams, sometimes bare, and as it gets colder, in my Evo Barefoots from Tera Planna (I got those for winter). It's great to have your new website to refer others to if they're interested:)
